“Mindfulness, Wellness and Meditation” is a 4-week program in which you will learn how to meditate by your own, the benefits of meditation and the things that you need to avoid or be aware to have a successful meditation. Everyone is welcome to join us. The program is every other month. Paloma Cervantes is the instructor. She has more than 35 years of experience in meditation practices.
We will study postures for meditation, basic knowledge, energy flow and different kinds of meditation like:
